These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of instantesims.com and the purchase of eSIM products from InstantESIMs ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

InstantESIMs sells prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. Our eSIMs provide mobile data connectivity and are delivered digitally via QR code to your email address. Unless explicitly stated, our plans are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS services.

To purchase from InstantESIMs you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a device that is eSIM compatible and unlocked
• Have a valid email address to receive your QR code

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable taxes.

Your eSIM QR code will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within seconds of payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters. If you do not receive your QR code within 15 minutes, please contact us at support@instantesims.com.

• eSIM plans must be activated within the validity period stated on the product page
• Once activated, your data allowance and validity period begin immediately
• Data allowances are as stated on the product page and are non-transferable
• We do not guarantee network speeds as these depend on local network conditions
• Some plans may restrict usage to specific countries or regions as stated on the product page
• Hotspot and tethering availability varies by plan and is stated on the product page

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the QR code has been delivered to your email
• Refunds are available if your eSIM fails to activate due to a fault on our part, or if the QR code is not delivered within a reasonable time
• Refunds will not be issued for unused data, early termination, or change of mind once the QR code has been delivered
• To request a refund, contact us at support@instantesims.com within 30 days of purchase

We reserve the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM compatible and unlocked before purchasing. We provide a compatibility checker as a guide only — we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or carrier configuration. No refunds will be issued for purchases made on incompatible devices.

All content on instantesims.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of InstantESIMs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question
• We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, carrier restrictions, or local network conditions

We warrant that our eSIM products will function as described on the product page. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, as connectivity depends on third-party network providers. If an eSIM does not function as described, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
